Gene Infomation:ADCY8 is a membrane bound enzyme that catalyses the formation of cyclic AMP from ATP. The enzymatic activity is under the control of several hormones, and different polypeptides participate in the transduction of the signal from thereceptor to the catalytic moiety. Stimulatory or inhibitoryreceptors (Rs and Ri) interact with G proteins (Gs and Gi) that exhibit GTPase activity and they modulate the activity of the catalytic subunit of the adenylyl cyclase provided by RefSeq].

Antigen:This ADCY8 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 946-972 amino acids from the Central region of human ADCY8.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
