Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is similar in sequence tothe amino terminus of Drosophila enhancer of split groucho, aprotein involved in neurogenesis during embryonic development. Theencoded protein, which belongs to the groucho/TLE family ofproteins, can function as a homooligomer or as a heteroologimerwith other family members to dominantly repress the expression ofother family member genes. Three transcript variants encodingdifferent isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided byRefSeq].

Antigen:This AES antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 156-184 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human AES.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
