Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:There are at least four distinct but related alkalinephosphatases: intestinal, placental, placental-like, andliver/bone/kidney (tissue non-specific). The first three arelocated together on chromosome 2 while the tissue non-specific formis located on chromosome 1. The product of this gene is a membranebound glycosylated enzyme, also referred to as the heat stableform, that is expressed primarily in the placenta although it isclosely related to the intestinal form of the enzyme as well as tothe placental-like form. The coding sequence for this form ofalkaline phosphatase is unique in that the 3' untranslated regioncontains multiple copies of an Alu family repeat. In addition, thisgene is polymorphic and three common alleles (type 1, type 2 andtype 3) for this form of alkaline phosphatase have been wellcharacterized.
Antigen:This ALPP antibody is generated from mice immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 56-83 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human ALPP.

Buffer condition:Purified monoclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
