Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:This gene belongs to the motin family of angiostatinbinding proteins characterized by conserved coiled-coil domains andC-terminal PDZ binding motifs. The encoded protein is expressedpredominantly in endothelial cells of capillaries as well as largervessels of the placenta where it may mediate the inhibitory effectof angiostatin on tube formation and the migration of endothelialcells toward growth factors during the formation of new bloodvessels. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcriptvariants encoding different isoforms.
Antigen:This AMOT Antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding S1041 of human AMOT.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by two-step phosphospecific peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
