Gene Infomation:APITD1 was identified in the neuroblastoma tumour suppressor candidate region on chromosome 1p36. It contains a TFIID-31 domain, similar to that found in TATA box-binding protein-associated factor, TAF(II)31, which is required for p53-mediated transcription activation. This gene was expressed at very low levels in neuroblastoma tumours, and was shown to reduce cell growth in neuroblastoma cells, suggesting that it may have a role in a cell death pathway.

Antigen:This APITD1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 48-74 amino acids from the Central region of human APITD1.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
