Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:Rho GTPases play a fundamental role in numerous cellularprocesses that are initiated by extracellular stimuli that workthrough G protein coupled receptors. The encoded protein may form acomplex with G proteins and stimulate Rho-dependent signals. Asimilar protein in rat interacts with glutamate transporter EAAT4and modulates its glutamate transport activity. Expression of therat protein induces the reorganization of the actin cytoskeletonand its overexpression induces the formation of membrane rufflingand filopodia. Two alternative transcripts encoding differentisoforms have been described.

Antigen:This ARHGEF11 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 605-632 amino acids from the Central region of human ARHGEF11.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
