Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:Mitochondrial ATP synthase catalyzes ATP synthesis, utilizing an electrochemical gradient of protons across the innermembrane during oxidative phosphorylation. It is composed of twolinked multi-subunit complexes: the soluble catalytic core, F1, andthe membrane-spanning component, Fo, which comprises the protonchannel. The F1 complex consists of 5 different subunits (alpha, beta, gamma, delta, and epsilon) assembled in a ratio of 3 alpha, 3beta, and a single representative of the other 3. The Fo seems tohave nine subunits (a, b, c, d, e, f, g, F6 and 8). This geneencodes the F6 subunit of the Fo complex, required for F1 and Fointeractions. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encodingdifferent isoforms have been identified for this gene. A pseudogeneexists on chromosome Yp11.

Antigen:This ATP5J antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 28-56 amino acids from the Central region of human ATP5J.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
