Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a protein that is associated withadenosine triphosphatases (ATPases). Proton-translocating ATPaseshave fundamental roles in energy conservation, secondary activetransport, acidification of intracellular compartments, andcellular pH homeostasis. There are three classes of ATPases- F, P,and V. The vacuolar (V-type) ATPases have a transmembraneproton-conducting sector and an extramembrane catalytic sector. Theencoded protein has been found associated with the transmembranesector of the V-type ATPases.
Antigen:This ATP6AP2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 205-234 amino acids from the Central region of human ATP6AP2.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
