Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:The product of this gene is an essential component of theDNA damage checkpoint, and binds to single-stranded DNA coated withreplication protein A that accumulates at sites of DNA damage. Theencoded protein interacts with the ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3related protein, a checkpoint kinase, resulting in accumulation ofthe kinase at intranuclear foci induced by DNA damage. Multipletranscript variants encoding different isoforms have been found forthis gene.

Antigen:This ATRIP Antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding S239 of human ATRIP.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by two-step phosphospecific peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
