Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is a zinc fingertranscription factor and contains an N-terminal POZ domain. Thisprotein acts as a sequence-specific repressor of transcription, andhas been shown to modulate the transcription of START-dependentIL-4 responses of B cells. This protein can interact with a varietyof POZ-containing proteins that function as transcriptioncorepressors. This gene is found to be frequently translocated andhypermutated in diffuse large-cell lymphoma (DLCL), and may beinvolved in the pathogenesis of DLCL. Alternatively splicedtranscript variants encoding different protein isoforms have beenfound for this gene.

Antigen:This BCL6 antibody is generated from mice immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 676-704 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human BCL6.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
