Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a cytoplasmic linker or adaptor proteinthat plays a critical role in B cell development. This proteinbridges B cell receptor-associated kinase activation withdownstream signaling pathways, thereby affecting various biologicalfunctions. The phosphorylation of five tyrosine residues isnecessary for this protein to nucleate distinct signaling effectorsfollowing B cell receptor activation. Mutations in this gene causehypoglobulinemia and absent B cells, a disease in which the pro- topre-B-cell transition is developmentally blocked. Deficiency inthis protein has also been shown in some cases of pre-B acutelymphoblastic leukemia. Alternatively spliced transcript variantsencoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Antigen:This BLNK antibody is generated from mice immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 150-178 amino acids from human BLNK.

Buffer condition:Mouse monoclonal antibody supplied in crude ascites with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
