Gene Infomation:Bmp15 is a member of the bone morphogenetic protein family which is part of the transforming growth factor-beta superfamily. The transforming growth factor-beta superfamily includes large families of growth and differentiation factors. It is thought that Bmp15 may be involved in oocyte maturation and follicular development as a homodimer or by forming heterodimers with a related protein, Gdf9.
Antigen:This BMP15 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 241-271 amino acids from the Central region of human BMP15.

Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
