Gene Infomation:This gene is a member of the BCL2/adenovirus E1B 19kd-interacting protein (BNIP) family. It interacts with the E1B 19kDa protein which is responsible for the protection ofvirally-induced cell death, as well as E1B 19 kDa-like sequences ofBCL2, also an apoptotic protector. Alternative splicing of thisgene results in four protein products with identical N- andC-termini.

Antigen:This BNIP1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 26-55 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human BNIP1.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
