Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:The REL gene encodes c-Rel, a transcription factor that isa member of the Rel/NFKB family, which also includes RELA (MIM164014), RELB (604758), NFKB1 (MIM 164011), and NFKB2 (MIM 164012).These proteins are related through a highly conserved N-terminalregion termed the 'Rel domain,' which is responsible for DNAbinding, dimerization, nuclear localization, and binding to theNFKB inhibitor (MIM 164008) (Belguise and Sonenshein, 2007 [PubMed18037997]).
Antigen:This REL monoclonal antibody is generated from mouse immunized with REL recombinant protein.

Buffer condition:Mouse monoclonal antibody supplied in crude ascites with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
