Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the betachemokine receptor family. It is predicted to be a seventransmembrane protein similar to G protein-coupled receptors.Chemokines and their receptors are key regulators of the thymocytesmigration and maturation in normal and inflammation conditions. Thespecific ligand of this receptor is CCL25. It has been found thatthis gene is differentially expressed by T lymphocytes of smallintestine and colon, suggested a role in the thymocytes recruitmentand development that may permit functional specialization of immuneresponses in different segment of the gastrointestinal tract. Thisgene is mapped to the chemokine receptor gene cluster region. Twoalternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.

Antigen:This CCR9 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 306-334 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human CCR9.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
