Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:CD11b is the integrin alpha M chain. Integrinsare heterodimeric integral membrane proteins composed of an alphachain and a beta chain. This I-domain containing alpha integrincombines with the beta 2 chain (ITGB2) to form a leukocyte-specificintegrin referred to as macrophage receptor 1 ('Mac-1'), orinactivated-C3b (iC3b) receptor 3 ('CR3'). The alpha M beta 2integrin is important in the adherence of neutrophils and monocytesto stimulated endothelium, and also in the phagocytosis ofcomplement coated particles.

Antigen:This CD11b antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 253-282 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human CD11b.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
