Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a bi-functional protein. In thecytoplasm, the encoded protein binds the cytoplasmic tail of humansurface antigen CD2 via its C-terminal GYF domain, and regulateCD2-triggered T lymphocyte activation. In the nucleus, this proteinis a component of the U5 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein complexand is involved in RNA splicing. A pseudogene has been identifiedon chromosome 7. Alternative splicing results in multipletranscript variants but their biological validity has not beendetermined.

Antigen:This CD2BP2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 24-52 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human CD2BP2.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
