Tissue specificity:Widely expressed at low levels. In bone marrow, expression is restricted to osteoprogenitor cells adjacent to mature osteoblasts.

Background:

Molar Function:Acts as a transcriptional coactivator for PPARA and possibly other nuclear receptors. Proposed to be a ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling protein. Has DNA-dependent ATPase activity and binds to A/T-rich DNA. Associates with A/T-rich regulatory regions in promoters of genes that participate in the differentiation of progenitors during osteogenesis .

Western Blot: 

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
