Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:CNO6L plays a role in the deadenylation of mRNAs in the cytoplasm. CNO6L has 3'-5' poly(A) exoribonuclease activity for synthetic poly(A) RNA substrate. CNO6L may be involved in the deadenylation-dependent degradation of mRNAs through the 3'-UTR AU-rich element-mediated mechanism. This protein involved in deadenylation-dependent degradation of CDKN1B mRNA.
Antigen:This CNO6L antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 414-442 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human CNO6L.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
