Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is one subunit of acleavage factor required for 3' RNA cleavage and polyadenylationprocessing. The interaction of the protein with the RNA is one ofthe earliest steps in the assembly of the 3' end processing complexand facilitates the recruitment of other processing factors. Thecleavage factor complex is composed of four polypeptides. This geneencodes the 68kD subunit. It has a domain organization reminiscentof spliceosomal proteins.

Antigen:This CPSF6 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 23-51 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human CPSF6.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
