Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the pentaxinfamily. It is involved in several host defense related functionsbased on its ability to recognize foreign pathogens and damagedcells of the host and to initiate their elimination by interactingwith humoral and cellular effector systems in the blood.Consequently, the level of this protein in plasma increases greatlyduring acute phase response to tissue injury, infection, or otherinflammatory stimuli.
Antigen:This CRP antibody is generated from mice immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 8-35 amino acids from human CRP.

Buffer condition:Purified monoclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Euglobin precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
