Gene Infomation:CSGALNACT1 transfers 1,4-N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) from UDP-GalNAc to the non-reducing end of glucuronic acid (GlcUA). CSGALNACT1 required for addition of the first GalNAc to the core tetrasaccharide linker and for elongation of chondroitin chains. CSGALNACT1 is important role in chondroitin chain biosynthesis in cartilage.

Antigen:This CSGALNACT1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 192-220 amino acids from the Central region of human CSGALNACT1.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate.
