Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:CSRP2 is a member of the CSRP family of genes, encoding agroup of LIM domain proteins, which may be involved in regulatoryprocesses important for development and cellular differentiation.CRP2 contains two copies of the cysteine-rich amino acid sequencemotif (LIM) with putative zinc-binding activity, and may beinvolved in regulating ordered cell growth.Other genes in thefamily include CSRP1 and CSRP3.
Antigen:This CSRP2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 68-96 amino acids from the Central region of human CSRP2.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
