Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is one of three(including CSTF1 and CSTF2) cleavage stimulation factors thatcombine to form the cleavage stimulation factor complex (CSTF).This complex is involved in the polyadenylation and 3' end cleavageof pre-mRNAs. The encoded protein functions as a homodimer andinteracts directly with both CSTF1 and CSTF2 in the CSTF complex.Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variantsencoding different isoforms.

Antigen:This CSTF3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 556-585 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human CSTF3.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
