Gene Infomation:CXCR7 is a member of the G-protein coupledreceptor family. Although this protein was earlier thought to be a receptor for vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), it is now considered to be an orphan receptor, in that its endogenous ligand has not been identified. The protein is also a coreceptor for humanimmunodeficiency viruses (HIV).

Antigen:This CXCR7 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 330-358 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human CXCR7.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
