Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:Clathrin (see MIM 118955)-mediated endocytosis is a majormechanism for internalization of proteins and lipids. Members ofthe connecdenn family, such as DENND1B, function as guaninenucleotide exchange factors (GEFs) for the early endosomal smallGTPase RAB35 (MIM 604199) and bind to clathrin and clathrin adaptorprotein-2 (AP2; see MIM 601024). Thus, connecdenns link RAB35activation with the clathrin machinery (Marat and McPherson, 2010[PubMed 20154091]).

Antigen:This DENND1B antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 39-68 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human DENND1B.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
