Gene Full Name:DIRAS family GTPase 3
Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a member of the ras superfamily. This gene is imprinted gene with monoallelic expression of the paternal allele which is associated with growth suppression. The encoded protein acts as a tumor suppressor whose function is abrogated in many ovarian and breast cancers. This protein may also play a role autophagy in certain cancer cells by regulating the autophagosome initiation complex. [provided by RefSeq, Nov 2015]
Antigen:Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-229 of human DIRAS3 (NP_004666.1).
Antigen Synonyms:GTP-binding protein Di-Ras3

Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
