Gene Infomation:Cyclin A seems to be required for both S-phase and M-phase. A number of studies have described the ability of over-expressed cyclin A to accellerate the G1 to S transition causing DNA replication, and cyclin A antisense DNA can prevent DNA replication. Cyclin A availability is apparently the rate-limiting step for entry into mitosis, and cyclin A is required for completion of prophase. At late prophase, cyclin A may no longer be necessary as cdc2/cyclinB1 becomes active

Tissue specificity:DKK1 Antibody detects endogenous levels of DKK1
Storage:Store at +4°C short term. Store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze / thaw cycle.
Buffer condition:Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline , pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Background:DKK1: dickkopf homolog 1 (Xenopus laevis), also known as SK. Entrez Protein NP_036374. DKK1 is a member of the dickkopf family. It is a secreted protein with two cysteine rich regions and is involved in embryonic development through its inhibition of the WNT signaling pathway. Elevated levels of DKK1 in bone marrow plasma and peripheral blood is associated with the presence of osteolytic bone lesions in patients with multiple myeloma.
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
