Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:This gene contains 37 exons, spans approximately 59-kb,and is located in the 3p22-p21.3 chromosomal segment that iscommonly deleted in various carcinomas. Several alternativelyspliced transcripts have been observed that contain disruptedcoding regions and likely encode nonfunctional proteins. Aberranttranscription of this gene may be involved in carcinogenesis of thelung, esophagus, and kidney.

Antigen:This DLEC1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 879-908 amino acids from the Central region of human DLEC1.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
