Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the d4domain family, characterized by a zinc finger-like structuralmotif. This protein functions as a transcription factor which isnecessary for the apoptotic response following deprivation ofsurvival factors. It likely serves a regulatory role in rapidhematopoietic cell growth and turnover. This gene is considered acandidate gene for multiple endocrine neoplasia type I, aninherited cancer syndrome involving multiple parathyroid, enteropancreatic, and pituitary tumors.
Antigen:This DPF2 monoclonal antibody is generated from mouse immunized with DPF2 recombinant protein.

Buffer condition:Mouse monoclonal antibody supplied in crude ascites with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
