Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:DPP10 is a single-pass type II membrane protein that is a member of the S9B family in clan SC of the serineproteases. This protein has no detectable protease activity, most likely due to the absence of the conserved serine residue normallypresent in the catalytic domain of serine proteases. However, itdoes bind specific voltage-gated potassium channels and alterstheir expression and biophysical properties.

Antigen:This DPP10 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 150-177 amino acids from the Central region of human DPP10.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
