Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:DYRK2 belongs to a family of protein kinases whosemembers are presumed to be involved in cellular growth and/ordevelopment.The family is defined by structural similarity oftheir kinase domains and their capability to autophosphorylate ontyrosine residues.DYRK2 has demonstrated tyrosineautophosphorylation and catalyzed phosphorylation of histones H3and H2B in vitro. Two isoforms of DYRK2 have been isolated.Thepredominant isoform, isoform 1, lacks a 5' terminal insert.
Antigen:This DYRK2 antibody is generated from mice immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 105-135 amino acids from human DYRK2.

Buffer condition:Purified monoclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
