Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:EFEMP2 have been found to contain variations of the epidermal growth factor (EGF)domain and have been implicated in functions as diverse as blood coagulation, activation of complement and determination of cell fate during development. The protein containsfour EGF2 domains and six calcium-binding EGF2 domains. This protein is necessary for elastic fiber formation and connective tissue development.
Antigen:This EFEMP2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 386-414 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human EFEMP2.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
