Tissue specificity:Expressed in all fetal and adult tissues examined. Among fetal tissues, highest levels of expression detected in heart, lung, liver and kidney, and lower levels in brain. Among adult tissues, highest levels of expression detected in heart, placenta, lung, skeletal muscle, spleen, thymus, testis and ovary. Moderate expression in prostate, small intestine, kidney, liver and pancreas, and weak expression in colon, brain and peripheral blood lymphocytes.

Storage:Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles.

Buffer condition:PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3.

Background:

Molar Function:Isoform 1 transcriptionally activates the LYN and BLK promoters and acts synergistically with RUNX1 to transactivate the BLK promoter.Isoform 2 may function in repression of RUNX1-mediated transactivation.RegionsFeature keyPosition(s)Description

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
