Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene belongs to a series ofectoenzymes that are involved in hydrolysis of extracellularnucleotides. These ectoenzymes possess ATPase and ATPpyrophosphatase activities and are type II transmembrane proteins.Expression of the related rat mRNA has been found in a subset ofimmature glial cells and in the alimentary tract. The correspondingrat protein has been detected in the pancreas, small intestine, colon, and liver. The human mRNA is expressed in glioma cells, prostate, and uterus. Expression of the human protein has beendetected in uterus, basophils, and mast cells. [provided byRefSeq].
Antigen:This ENPP3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 814-843 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human ENPP3.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
