Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:The Fanconi anemia complementation group (FANC) currentlyincludes FANCA, FANCB, FANCC, FANCD1 (also called BRCA2), FANCD2,FANCE, FANCF, FANCG, FANCI, FANCJ (also called BRIP1), FANCL, FANCMand FANCN (also called PALB2). The previously defined group FANCHis the same as FANCA. Fanconi anemia is a genetically heterogeneousrecessive disorder characterized by cytogenetic instability, hypersensitivity to DNA crosslinking agents, increased chromosomalbreakage, and defective DNA repair. The members of the Fanconianemia complementation group do not share sequence similarity; theyare related by their assembly into a common nuclear proteincomplex. This gene encodes the protein for complementation group G.
Antigen:This FANCG antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 540-568 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human FANCG.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
