Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:Members of the F-box protein family, such as FBXO41, arecharacterized by an approximately 40-amino acid F-box motif. SCFcomplexes, formed by SKP1 (MIM 601434), cullin (see CUL1; MIM603134), and F-box proteins, act as protein-ubiquitin ligases.F-box proteins interact with SKP1 through the F box, and theyinteract with ubiquitination targets through other proteininteraction domains (Jin et al., 2004 [PubMed 15520277]).[suppliedby OMIM].

Antigen:This FBX41 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 235-263 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human FBX41.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
