Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a receptor for the Fc portion ofimmunoglobulin G, and it is involved in the removal ofantigen-antibody complexes from the circulation, as well as otherother antibody-dependent responses. This gene (FCGR3A) is highlysimilar to another nearby gene (FCGR3B) located on chromosome 1.The receptor encoded by this gene is expressed on natural killer(NK) cells as an integral membrane glycoprotein anchored through atransmembrane peptide, whereas FCGR3B is expressed onpolymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMN) where the receptor is anchoredthrough a phosphatidylinositol (PI) linkage. Mutations in this genehave been linked to susceptibility to recurrent viral infections, susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus, and alloimmuneneonatal neutropenia. Alternatively spliced transcript variantsencoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Antigen:This FCGR3A antibody is generated from mice immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 60-88 amino acids from human FCGR3A.

Buffer condition:Mouse monoclonal antibody supplied in crude ascites with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
