Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a member of the forkhead class ofDNA-binding proteins. These hepatocyte nuclear factors aretranscriptional activators for liver-specific genes such as albuminand transthyretin, and they also interact with chromatin. Similarfamily members in mice have roles in the regulation of metabolismand in the differentiation of the pancreas and liver. This gene hasbeen linked to sporadic cases of maturity-onset diabetes of theyoung. Transcript variants encoding different isoforms have beenidentified for this gene.

Antigen:This FOXA2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 380-407 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human FOXA2.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
