Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptors are a class ofionotropic glutamate receptors. NMDA channel has been shown to beinvolved in long-term potentiation, an activity-dependent increasein the efficiency of synaptic transmission thought to underliecertain kinds of memory and learning. NMDA receptor channels areheteromers composed of the key receptor subunit NMDAR1 (GRIN1) and1 or more of the 4 NMDAR2 subunits: NMDAR2A (GRIN2A), NMDAR2B(GRIN2B), NMDAR2C (GRIN2C), and NMDAR2D (GRIN2D). [provided byRefSeq].

Antigen:This GRIN2C antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 567-595 amino acids from the Central region of human GRIN2C.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
