Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is a transcription factorrequired for the expression of several liver-specific genes. Theencoded protein functions as a homodimer and binds to the invertedpalindrome 5'-GTTAATNATTAAC-3'. Defects in this gene are a cause ofmaturity onset diabetes of the young type 3 (MODY3) and also canresult in the appearance of hepatic adenomas.

Antigen:This HNF1Aantibody is generated from mice immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 177-205 amino acids from human HNF1A .

Antigen Synonyms:

Clonality:Monclonal antibody

Buffer condition:Mouse monoclonal antibody supplied in crude ascites with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
