Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:HSP90 proteins are highly conserved molecular chaperonesthat have key roles in signal transduction, protein folding, protein degradation, and morphologic evolution. HSP90 proteinsnormally associate with other cochaperones and play important rolesin folding newly synthesized proteins or stabilizing and refoldingdenatured proteins after stress. HSP90B1 is an endoplasmicreticulum HSP90 protein. Other HSP90 proteins are found in cytosol(see HSP90AA1; MIM 140571) and mitochondria (TRAP1; MIM 606219)(Chen et al., 2005 [PubMed 16269234]).

Antigen:This HSP90B1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 460-487 amino acids from the Central region of human HSP90B1.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
