Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a lysosomal hyaluronidase.Hyaluronidases intracellularly degrade hyaluronan, one of the majorglycosaminoglycans of the extracellular matrix. Hyaluronan isthought to be involved in cell proliferation, migration anddifferentiation. This enzyme is active at an acidic pH and is themajor hyaluronidase in plasma. Mutations in this gene areassociated with mucopolysaccharidosis type IX, or hyaluronidasedeficiency. The gene is one of several related genes in a region ofchromosome 3p21.3 associated with tumor suppression. Multipletranscript variants encoding different isoforms have been found forthis gene.
Antigen:This HYAL1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 280-309 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human HYAL1.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
