Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is a helix-loop-helix(HLH) protein that can form heterodimers with members of the basicHLH family of transcription factors. The encoded protein has no DNAbinding activity and therefore can inhibit the DNA binding andtranscriptional activation ability of basic HLH proteins with whichit interacts. This protein may play a role in cell growth, senescence, and differentiation. Two transcript variants encodingdifferent isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided byRefSeq].

Antigen:This ID1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 66-93 amino acids from the Central region of human ID1.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
