Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:IGF2BP1 is a member of the insulin-like growthfactor 2 mRNA-binding protein family. The protein encoded by thisgene contains four K homology domains and two RNA recognitionmotifs. It functions by binding to the mRNAs of certain genes, including insulin-like growth factor 2, beta-actin andbeta-transducin repeat-containing protein, and regulating theirtranslation. Two transcript variants encoding different isoformshave been found for this gene.

Antigen:This IGF2BP1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 508-534 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human IGF2BP1.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
