Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a member of the hedgehog family ofsecreted signaling molecules. Hedgehog proteins are essentialregulators of a variety of developmental processes includinggrowth, patterning and morphogenesis. The encoded proteinspecifically plays a role in bone growth an differentiation.Mutations in this gene are the cause of brachydactyly type A1 whichis characterized by shortening or malformation of the phalanges.Mutations in this gene are also the cause of acrocapitofemoraldysplasia.

Antigen:This IHH antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 51-80 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human IHH.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
