Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is one of the subunits ofa heterodimeric cytokine complex. This protein is related tointerleukin 12A (IL12A). It interacts with Epstein-Barr virusinduced gene 3 (EBI3), a protein similar to interleukin 12B(IL12B), and forms a complex that has been shown to drive rapidexpansion of naive but not memory CD4(+) T cells. The complex isalso found to synergize strongly with interleukin 12 to triggerinterferon gamma (IFNG) production of naive CD4(+) T cells. Thebiological effects of this cytokine are mediated by the class Icytokine receptor (WSX1/TCRR).
Antigen:This IL27 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 126-154 amino acids from the Central region of human IL27.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
