Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the class IIcytokine receptor family. This protein forms a receptor complexwith interleukine 10 receptor, beta (IL10RB). The receptor complexhas been shown to interact with three closely related cytokines, including interleukin 28A (IL28A), interleukin 28B (IL28B), andinterleukin 29 (IL29). The expression of all three cytokines can beinduced by viral infection. The cells overexpressing this proteinhave been found to have enhanced responses to IL28A and IL29, butdecreased response to IL28B. Three alternatively spliced transcriptvariants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported. [providedby RefSeq].
Antigen:This IL28RA antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 485-513 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human IL28RA.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
