Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:Nuclear factor of activated T-cells (NFAT) is atranscription factor required for T-cell expression of theinterleukin 2 gene. NFAT binds to a sequence in the interleukin 2gene enhancer known as the antigen receptor response element 2. Inaddition, NFAT can bind RNA and is an essential component forencapsidation and protein priming of hepatitis B viral polymerase.NFAT is a heterodimer of 45 kDa and 90 kDa proteins, the smaller ofwhich is the product of this gene. The encoded protein bindsstrongly to the 90 kDa protein and stimulates its ability toenhance gene expression.

Antigen:This ILF2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 84-112 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human ILF2.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
