Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is a proteinserine/threonine phosphatase of the PP2C family. This protein caninteract with integrin-linked kinase (ILK/ILK1), a regulator ofintegrin mediated signaling, and regulate the kinase activity ofILK. Through the interaction with ILK, this protein may selectivelyaffect the signaling process of ILK-mediated glycogen synthasekinase 3 beta (GSK3beta), and thus participate in Wnt signalingpathway.

Antigen:This ILKAP antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 93-122 amino acids from the Central region of human ILKAP.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
